3. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. No profile is built and no data is sent to any advertising network.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from an external service: your visit triggers no third-party request.
Should analytics be added later, a prior consent mechanism would be put in place and this policy updated accordingly.
4. Purposes
- Answering your enquiry and the commercial follow-up that flows from it.
- Preparing and carrying out agreed engagements.
- Meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Keeping the site secure and functioning.
Your information is used for no other purpose. We do not add you to any mailing list without your express request.
5. Disclosure to third parties

- to our professional advisers, where necessary;
- where required by law or court order.
6. Information disclosed outside Quebec
Some of our providers — notably [host name] and [email provider] — may process data outside Quebec, including in [country]. Before any disclosure of personal information outside Quebec, we carry out the privacy impact assessment required by section 17 of the Act, and we favour providers offering Canadian hosting wherever possible.
7. Retention
- Enquiries with no follow-up: 24 months from the last exchange, then destroyed.
- Client files: 7 years after the end of the engagement, in line with tax and civil limitation requirements.
- Server logs: 12 months.
8. Security
Encrypted communications (HTTPS), multi-factor authentication on internal accounts, least-privilege access to client systems, encrypted backups, and a confidentiality incident register maintained as required by the Act.
9. Your rights
At any time you may request:
- access to the information we hold about you;
- correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- withdrawal of your consent, and the cessation of dissemination or de-indexing of information;
- portability: to receive, in a structured, commonly used technological format, the computerized information you provided to us.
Write to logicielke@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
10. Complaints
If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
11. Confidentiality incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the individuals concerned, and record the incident in the register required by the Act.
