Structure · Build · Hand over
Your tools work one by one, but the whole doesn't hold together. We put things in order, build what's missing, then train your team to run it.
Assessment in 3 weeksYour code and access from day oneTeam based in Quebec City
The reality
An accounting package, a spreadsheet that became business-critical, a half-filled CRM, files on a local server and more in the cloud. Every piece works. The whole does not.
What we do
The market makes you choose between a consultant, an integrator and a trainer. We do all three, and the same team stays with you from assessment through to your independence.
IT advisory and governance. We put things in order before we write code.
Custom software and SaaS. The system that doesn't exist yet, because your business is your own.
Cloud integration. Get your systems talking, without locking you in.
Coaching and training. We measure success by the day you no longer need us.
The approach
Four stages, in this order. None gets skipped — the order is precisely what makes the difference.
We map your systems, data flows and breaking points, then score your IT maturity across five axes. You leave with a prioritized, costed roadmap — usable even if you don't work with us afterward.
3 weeksWe set the scope, schedule and billing milestones. The price is a number, not an open range. If the budget doesn't fit, we cut the work differently rather than cutting quality.
1 weekEach iteration ends with a real production release your teams can use. No big-bang launch: you see value arrive every six weeks and can change direction in between.
6 weeks per iterationTraining for your in-house staff, current documentation, transfer of access. It's written into the contract from the start, because a handover decided at the end never happens.
2 weeksWhat sets us apart
None is a slogan. Each one is either in the contract or visible within the first three weeks.
The person who ran the assessment is on the team that delivers. No lost context, no discovery phase billed twice.
Every engagement ends with a documented handover, written into the contract rather than sold as an add-on.
Same time zone, same language, working knowledge of provincial funding programs and of Law 25 and Law 96 obligations.
Source code, documentation and access are yours from day one. You can hand the next phase to anyone, with no exit fee.
No eight-person steering committee for a three-month project. You talk directly to the people doing the work.
Who we work with
Production, distribution, construction, professional firms. Where processes run well in people's heads and nowhere else.
Tight budgets, project-based funding, heavy reporting. We cut the work into phases you can fund and defend.
Capable and overloaded. We reinforce your IT lead — never replace them.
Frequently asked
Between $8,000 and $15,000 depending on the size of the organization and the number of systems to map. Three weeks of work, a written deliverable, a presentation to your leadership. The amount is known before we start.
Yes, and it happens often. The roadmap is yours and remains usable with any other supplier. We'd rather have a client who comes back by choice than one held by a contract.
You do, entirely, from the first line. The repository is yours and we contribute to it. Technical documentation and administrator access follow the same rule.
Yes, across Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Kickoff and closing meetings happen in person where practical; the rest runs remotely. No travel costs are billed within the Quebec City region.
Yes. We start with a short technical audit — one to two weeks — to establish what can be salvaged and what cannot. We tell you plainly, including when the answer is "start over".
It's part of the assessment: inventory of personal information, data location, retention periods, security measures and incident register. We don't provide legal advice, but we prepare the ground so your legal counsel isn't rebuilding from nothing.
Next step
One call, no commitment and no sales deck. You describe your situation, we tell you honestly whether we're the right people — and if not, who is.
