We map your systems, data flows and breaking points, then score your IT maturity across five axes. You leave with a prioritized, costed roadmap — usable even if you don't work with us afterward.
3 weeksScoping
We set the scope, schedule and billing milestones. The price is a number, not an open range. If the budget doesn't fit, we cut the work differently rather than cutting quality.
1 weekIterations
Each iteration ends with a real production release your teams can use. No big-bang launch: you see value arrive every six weeks and can change direction in between.
6 weeks per iterationHandover
Training for your in-house staff, current documentation, transfer of access. It's written into the contract from the start, because a handover decided at the end never happens.

What people ask before signing
What does an assessment cost?
Between $8,000 and $15,000 depending on the size of the organization and the number of systems to map. Three weeks of work, a written deliverable, a presentation to your leadership. The amount is known before we start.
Can I hire you for the assessment only?
Yes, and it happens often. The roadmap is yours and remains usable with any other supplier. We'd rather have a client who comes back by choice than one held by a contract.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, entirely, from the first line. The repository is yours and we contribute to it. Technical documentation and administrator access follow the same rule.
Do you work outside the Quebec City area?
Yes, across Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Kickoff and closing meetings happen in person where practical; the rest runs remotely. No travel costs are billed within the Quebec City region.
Can you take over a project that has gone wrong?
Yes. We start with a short technical audit — one to two weeks — to establish what can be salvaged and what cannot. We tell you plainly, including when the answer is "start over".
How do you handle Law 25 compliance?
It's part of the assessment: inventory of personal information, data location, retention periods, security measures and incident register. We don't provide legal advice, but we prepare the ground so your legal counsel isn't rebuilding from nothing.
