How it runs
Scoping
A two-hour meeting to set the boundaries and identify who we need to talk to. The exact price is fixed at the end of this meeting.
Day 1Interviews and collection
Six to ten one-hour interviews, read access to your systems, review of existing documentation.
Week 1Analysis
Mapping, maturity scoring, identification of gaps and dependencies between workstreams.
Week 2Presentation
Presentation to leadership, discussion of trade-offs, handover of all deliverables.
Week 3
What it costs
$3,000 to $15,000
Depending on the number of systems to map and sites to cover. The exact amount is fixed after the scoping meeting, before you commit to anything. No travel costs are billed within the Quebec City region. Amounts before GST and QST.
Frequently asked
Can I stop after the assessment?
Yes, and that's how it's designed. The roadmap is yours and remains usable with any other supplier. We'd rather have a client who comes back by choice than one held by a contract.
Does it tie up a lot of our people?
Expect six to ten people for a one-hour interview each, plus roughly two hours for whoever leads the file. That's it. We don't ask your teams to fill in questionnaires.
What if the assessment concludes nothing needs to change?
We tell you. It's rare, but it has happened. You'll have paid for certainty, which beats launching a project on a hunch.
