Short interviews with the people involved and their manager. We measure the real gap, not the assumed one.

What it costs
$2,500 per day · $1,500 a month for coaching
The training day includes material design and the prior needs assessment. Monthly coaching covers one two-hour session per month plus email exchanges in between. Amounts before GST and QST.

Do you train on generic tools or on ours?
On yours, always. Training on a demo environment does not survive the return to the office. We work on your systems, with your data — anonymized where necessary.
How many people per session?
Four to ten. Below four, individual coaching is more effective and often cheaper. Above ten, practice becomes impossible and all that's left is slides.
Is it eligible for funding?
Possibly. Employers whose payroll exceeds the threshold set by Quebec's skills development legislation must devote 1% of it to training, and our sessions are of the eligible kind. Services Québec programmes may also apply. We provide the necessary documentation, but eligibility is confirmed with the relevant body, not with us.
