Depending on the number of servers, mailboxes and applications to move. Recurring cloud costs — Azure or Microsoft 365 subscriptions — are billed directly by the provider and do not pass through us. We estimate them for you before we start. Amounts before GST and QST.

Does this make us dependent on Azure?
We favour standard services and open formats, and we document the way out. Some dependency always exists; it must never become a trap. The rollback plan is one of the deliverables.
What will it cost per month?
We estimate recurring costs during the design phase, before you commit to the migration. Typically a 60-person organization lands between $800 and $3,000 a month depending on load. We set up overspend alerts from day one.
What if we must keep data in Quebec?
That's workable: Azure operates Canadian regions, and some hosts operate in Quebec itself. We factor it in from the design stage, including for the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25.
