What it costs
$25,000 to $120,000
A genuinely useful first scope starts around $25,000. For a more contained need, a $2,000 starter package covers scoping and a first working prototype. The price is set per iteration rather than for the whole: you can stop between iterations, with no penalty and no exit fee. Amounts before GST and QST.

Why not buy an off-the-shelf product?
Often that is the right answer, and we'll say so. Custom is justified when your process is a competitive advantage, or when no product covers more than 70% of the need without expensive contortions.
What technologies do you use?
We choose based on what you'll be able to maintain, not on what amuses us. In practice: .NET or Node on the server, React or Blazor on the client, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, Azure hosting. If your in-house team already knows something else, we align with them.
What if we change our minds mid-way?
Between iterations, you redirect freely. During an iteration we finish what was committed — that is precisely what makes it end in production rather than as an open building site.
